Is the C-MAP app free?

The chart viewer, Autorouting, waypoints, tracks and weather are free. Full GPS, offline maps, high-resolution bathymetry and AIS need Premium, which has a 14-day free trial.

Does C-MAP work offline?

Offline map downloads are a Premium feature. Scirocco has no offline maps, but its compass, navigation, routing, tracks and the last saved forecast work without a connection.

Can I move my C-MAP waypoints to Scirocco?

Yes. C-MAP exports routes, tracks and waypoints as GPX, and Scirocco opens GPX files with a preview before saving.

C-MAP or Scirocco for a charter in Croatia or Greece?

For charts and depths in unfamiliar waters, C-MAP. For the daily sea forecast, wind names and getting to the next bay, Scirocco helps, and its interface is also in Croatian and Greek. You can use both.
