Save your spots
Add waypoints by tapping the map, entering coordinates by hand, importing a GPX file or scanning a photo. Scirocco recognizes 5 formats: decimal degrees, degrees and minutes, DMS with and without symbols, and degrees/thousandth minutes.
Organize and find
Create folders by spot type, add favorites, search by name and sort by date, distance or alphabetically. Favorites always stay at the top of the list.
Navigate with the compass
The compass shows heading, distance, speed, ETA and estimated fuel use. Voice guidance leads you, the phone vibrates at 200, 100 and 50 meters from arrival. With no active waypoint, it shows the wind name in real time.

Your boat, always under control
Register one or more boats and keep everything in order: engines, documents, insurance, mooring and deadlines.
Boat profile
Record name, builder, model, type (RIB, sail, motor), length, registration, home port and photos. Set a primary boat if you have more than one.
Engines and running hours
Add one or more engines with make, model, power, serial number and fuel type. Scirocco tracks engine hours and updates them with every maintenance job.
Documents and certificates
Upload your navigation license, safety certificate, engine power declaration, manual and any other PDF or photo. Always with you, even offline.
Insurance with attachments

Does Scirocco work without an internet connection?+
Yes, Scirocco uses your device's GPS and works offline. Maps only require a connection on first load, then they are cached.
Can I import my waypoints from other apps?+
Yes, Scirocco imports GPX files from any boating app, scans photos to extract coordinates and accepts coordinates in any format (DMS, decimal, degrees and minutes).
Is Scirocco free?+
Scirocco is free with up to 20 waypoints. Scirocco Pro (€2.99/month or €22.99/year) offers unlimited waypoints, iCloud sync and fuel consumption calculation.
How do I calculate fuel consumption?+
Scirocco Pro includes a database of over 90 preconfigured engines. Enter your engine, cruising speed and route: you get estimated range and cost.
Can I manage my boat with Scirocco?+
Yes. You can register one or more boats with technical details, photos, engines with running hours, digital documents (license, certificates) and insurance policies with expiry notifications.
